RUFFLED DOILY AND MY PRETTY HOOKS

Hello dear ones... 
    Here i came up with a new trial... my ever first ruffled doily... I made this for Oct CAL in fb I got the Pattern from "FREE VINTAGE CROCHET" take a look and need your valuable comments...

I got another interesting thing too... i ordered some hooks and other things from the "PONY CRAFT STORE"  very happy about their service... the order was shipped within 2 working days... Now Its time to work using all these things.....

Hello my dear ones.......

     Happy Independence day to all of you. Once again I'm back to my blog after three months.... past three months i had lot of works with shifting my house... arrangements.... health issues.... etc,. above all these things its my laziness :( In my old house i cannot put kolam in my street as we lived in upstairs... now daily i'm drawing kolams in-front of my home... i will post the collage of my kolams in my next post

     For this Independence day i made a wall hanging and a square pineapple doily using the tri-color theme. This theme is a group activity announced by "Passionate about crochet" in Facebook  This is the first time i'm working on a theme and its very exiting love to work on more themes like this.....  now take a look on my works

Pineapple doily

Hello friends...
     This time I'm again with the same pineapple doily pattern. But I made small changes in the pattern. The look is not same when making doily using cotton thread an with the woolen thread with same pattern. the doily with cotton thread will be perfect but with wool there comes the ruffels. 

     So i reduced the in between regular chain gaps i.e if the pattren is 3dc 5ch3dc 5ch 3dc.... i reduced them into 3dc 3ch 3dc 3ch 3dc. This time my doily came with perfect shape. See the difference in the picture. So wnere ever you feel there is difference in shape reduce the chain gaps.....

CROCHET EASY DOILY

Hello Friends here is my another doily.... Its a very easy pattern.... but i had some problem with this pattern first coz in this pattern all the treble crochet were our double crochet.... because of this my doily became a hat at first.... later i understood that then it was ok... though I changed the last round.... now take a look... and here is the pattren

PINEAPPLE DOILY AND SPIKE BONNET

Hello dear ones... here is my another pineapple doily.... I love this one because of its look and the easy pattern. But this doily has some ruffles i don't know..... it may be because the pattern is for the cotton thread but I've used wool thread.... So Please share if there is any idea for this problem.... anyhow... how does it look? pattern is HERE

YELLOW DOILY AND FLOWER HAIR BANDS

Hello friends.... Past one month I've been working on some doilies and in some little things using the scrap wool.... here is another doily... its very easy to work... i worked in an evening..... i loved that and this pattern tend me to do more... can expect more doilies in this pattern coz of its simplicity and takes less time.... here is the doily.... and HERE is the pattern

MY FIRST DOILY

Here is my first doily...... whenever i see ninu's works i want to crochet a doily....  in this case she is an inspiration to me.... thanks ninu.... i did this doily with white yarn..... i don't get the cotton thread in my place.... so i have to do this with normal wool threads which I get here. 


I want to start my doily work with an easy pattern.... so started with the pattern here... really its very easy one to start with.
